Optimization and control algorithm for calculating separating membranes pore shapes

چکیده
This work was aimed at researching and developing a computer model, as well an optimization control algorithm for calculating pore shapes separating membranes in separation processes. Two types of flow fluid rates through with various pores configurations were considered. Here, the first type had form tortuous channel sharp narrowing endings, which, turn, could be assumed “zero” wall thickness holes. The second conical ends, which is closer to real shape pores. As result analysis performed calculations models, data obtained on effect selective layer performance membrane. In calculations, it determined that optimal volumetric porosity should limited 0.15, affects mechanical strength Calculations also carried out Chemcad software product, resulted graphs permeability liquids, depending differ curvature volume membranes.
